And also the yummiest.
Really, bananas take the prize for the coolest fruit on the world. You can make so many things with them, because they have a creamy, weird texture that many fruits don't (in fact, I can't think of another fruit like this one). So as I said with the oatmeal, I'll keep making many posts of my love to banana...

I am not the creator of this recipe, but it's so easy that I wanted to share it and I don't think there are any copyright problems , haha.

This ice cream can last lots of time in the freezer, and you can make it whenever, even when the banana is super ugly and nobody wants to eat it and you're thinking of throwing it away, yes, in that time too. And the best...

There is only one ingredient: Banana. Nothing else! You don't even need an ice cream machine.

Also you can mix it with peanut butter or some other nut butter, with cocoa, vanilla, Whey Protein, everything. You'll become addicted to it...

Aquí van las instrucciones ♥. Here goes the instructions ♥

Dice a banana in little pieces and put it in the freezer until it is very frozen and hard. It can be an hour or 2, or you can leave it for days and nothing will happen.

Then take it out the freezer and put the pieces in a processer or a blender, and process it until it's creamy. It should look like this.

And that's it... Save it in a container in the freezer, and take it out whenever you want. I served mine with chocolate syrup and some almonds. It was super good, because it was the mixture of the creamy ice cream texture and the crunch in the almonds.
